The School of Computer Applications , Karpagam College of Engineering, successfully organized a hands-on Workshop on “Data Visualization Using Tableau” on 12th December 2025 . The session was delivered by Dr. K. Santhiya Venkatesan, Head KGISL, Head of Learning & Instructional Design , who provided an engaging introduction to Tableau, demonstrated real-time data visualization techniques, and guided students in creating dashboards and analytical reports. Students gained valuable skills such as connecting datasets, building charts, applying filters and understanding the role of data visualization in analytics. The workshop received enthusiastic participation and excellent feedback from around 60 attendees from various colleges.
