About the Department
Department of Science and Humanities comprises of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English language. Science laboratories are well equipped to cater the needs of students. Department is adorned with adequate dedicated experienced faculty with specialization in diverse fields to impart knowledge and enhance skills. Department organizes periodic guest lectures and faculty development programme to inculcate Science in Engineering approach.
English language laboratory with its âGloberana âsoftware and hardware facilitates learning English and paves way for BEC certification. Department also teaches foreign languages including German and Japanese.Science Day is celebrated exclusively for the first year students.
Technical events are conducted to motivate students and create awareness for industrial and real life exposure making learning a pleasure. In Mathematics courses are offered with SCILAB applications, which enable the students to apply the mathematics concepts to engineering applications.
