Every year, Karpagam College of Engineering organizes “KALAM – In Search of Talents,” an intercollegiate Extracurricular Fest exclusively for freshmen. The vibrant festival provides a platform for students to showcase their talents, creativity, sporting skills, and artistic abilities while fostering healthy competition, teamwork, and camaraderie among participating institutions.
The fest features a diverse range of events, including Cricket, Kabaddi, Carving, Drawing & Painting, Rangoli, Facial Painting, Mehndi, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Rock Band, Fun Games, and DJ Night. Through KALAM, students get an opportunity to explore their interests, discover their potential, build confidence, and celebrate creativity beyond the classroom.
DHRUVA – A National-Level Techno-Management-Cultural Fest is organized every year in the month of February as a vibrant intercollegiate event that brings together students from institutions across the country. The fest features a wide spectrum of Technical Workshops, Technical Competitions, Cultural Events, Fun Events, Entertainment Programmes, Game Zone, and various other engaging activities.
It provides students with opportunities to showcase their talents, creativity, technical expertise, and competitive spirit. With its diverse and exciting programmes, DHRUVA attracts more than 5,000 students every year, making it one of the major student-centric intercollegiate events of the institution.
